At Elements we love to celebrate birthdays, particularly because in our book, birthdays = cake. Chocolate cake. Preferably with ice cream. So we were very pleased to celebrate Chelsea's birthday today.
And, yes, the chocolate oreo cake with chocolate ice cream were well worth the calories.
